All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Physical books are printed and shipped on demand, and cannot be canceled once submitted. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital products or print-on-demand items unless they arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email sadiehoyt@sadiehoyt.com with your order details and a photo of the damage, and we will gladly send a replacement.
