All content on this website — including curriculum materials, listening guides, written text, images, and designs — is the intellectual property of Classical Encounters and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission. 3. Payment and Orders
All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Physical books are printed and shipped on demand, and cannot be canceled once submitted. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital products or print-on-demand items unless they arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@classicalencounters.co with your order details and a photo of the damage, and we will gladly send a replacement.

5. Account Access and Memberships
Access to membership content is provided through your user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Memberships may not be shared across households or organizations unless explicitly permitted through a group license. If you encounter any access issues, please reach out to us so we can assist you.

These invitations are sent a few weeks after your order so you have time to use the materials first.
